I got invited to redesign a user flow at @Magnetis lately. They wanted to increase the number of clients who first was invited to use the product by a friend, family member or colleague.
Fixing three design heuristics (Match between system and the real world/ Recognition rather than recall/ Flexibility and efficiency of use), I decided to keep the business model and apply metrics based on Google's Heart Framework.
