Nurse-to-Patient User Portal Redesign for Salesforce

I was contracted to iterate on a UX redesign for this online platform for nurse professionals in a hospital setting. It is a web based portal where nurses log in to manage patients medication intake and overall procedure and treatment followup. The project was completed in Sketch.
