Realtor service booklet

Hi people! Here is a booklet I designed for a realtor. The client was looking for a visual identity that looked clean and modern but at the same time conveyed the overall message of the company. The booklet outlines services provided by a realtor professional to people looking to sell their homes. I used “Now What” tagline on a TV color bar background to create a sense of interruption. By playing with scale, color and type forms I was able to create a layout that fit the overall theme of the project.
