Phrasebook Mobile - Lists + Hub

As part of the Phrasebook redesign, I've been designing what the mobile UI/UX should look like for the two key parts of the application, namely the lists and the "Community" which has now been rebranded into a "Hub", where people can join groups and share their lists.
