Taco Al Pastor

TaCODE is a series of icons decoding my favorite food, tacos.
Taco al Pastor or Adobada. Is one of the favorites, not just because of the different flavors, but as well of the performance when the taquero is serving it. Is marinated pork with spices, layered in a kind of sword, with a pineapple on top, while slowly roasting while sniping. Served with fresh onion and cilantro, and a dash of creamy guacamole, with a flying piece of pineapple.
