Working on product design from scratch sure has many challenges. Particularly with design consistency and keeping dev and design in sync — we've written about some of the challenges here.

For this project, we used Sketch paired with a style guide and JIRA for agile workflow. Now we've moved to Figma, our efficiency has gone through the roof.
