Set Various Icon

I'm starting this project to create a set of icons.
These are some icons a 16px size.
The set will have 10 pixels sizes for each icon.

I started working on the smaller version to then enlarge it, but some of them do not like, the first two icons of the second row.

Any advice for how to improve my workflow or knowledge?
