Asana Rebel’s Help Desk Main Page

Today I am publishing a really special project for me, because it’s outside of my expertise.

The customer care team at Asana Rebel, contacted me two months ago. They wanted to reduce the number of tickets, and ultimately the number of refunds too. Their old help desk main page (attached) had two main issues, it had no hierarchy and they style was inconsistent with the whole new brand and more specifically to the product. We agreed on doing a complete restyle of the page, to change the hierarchy and to add new modules.

Quoting the Customer Care Lead “This new solution not only enhances the current brand style, but also puts the most important information front and centre, so that people can help themselves more easily”. It’s great when improving the functionality, one doesn’t miss the chance to make things look pretty.
