Pencil Project 2018

The Pencil Project 2018 was a collection of of pieces that I commissioned myself to complete. The aim of the project was to focus on the letterforms in their individual form and develop from there without overcomplicating things with struggling for perfection. Nothing is perfect, especially in the world of hand-lettering. Strokes can be off and sometimes we colour outside the lines. This was a project intended to try get past that mentality of perfection. It was really fun to put together, and totally worth the effort.
