Forest Admin - Collaboration feature

Ford’s quote is still valid these days. Indeed, having a collaborative mindset, workspace, and set of tools is more important than ever. Unfortunately, most back-office solutions on the market provide only basic features (CRUD, search, export…) and no features to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
At Forest Admin, we are working hard to provide the best back office SaaS solution possible to help companies to perfectly manage their processes from day one. That is why we built this collaborative feature — so you can spend less time switching between multiple apps to get inputs or manage your workflows, and spend more time on your customers.
In the secondary left pane of any displayed record from your database, you can now find a Collaboration tab in which you can create a note in no time. It allows you to add detailed information to any record, for you to remember later and for your team to better understand the context around the data. The Notes feature is also a way to seek help from someone in your team. By simply @mentioning them, you can get the answers you need faster. The person mentioned in the note is indeed notified in real time.
