Search Discovery has a deep merit badge program for analysts and developers who grow their skill set. It's a super cool internal program that the teams really enjoy because they are printed stickers you can put on your laptop. This is one of the favorite among them. I just thought it would be funny to draw an avacado with a pie chart for a seed. And with a title like Yo Hablo, sunglasses seemed appropriate.
