    Getting back to basics here. Tapping on "Tweets" brings up a UIAlertView-like picker to swap views (Mentions, Favorites, Retweets, etc., etc.). The user icon on the left pushes back on the navigation controller stack to show the Accounts & Settings view. The new tweet button top right pushes forward on the navigation controller stack to show the new compose view controller.
