SoftCo - Financial Process Automation Platform

SoftCo product pipeline was probably one of the most challenging projects I was responsible for. The legacy software, lack of guidelines, and poor design knowledge transfer required lots of communication efforts on my behalf. The re-launch with new UI resulted in massive revenue increase (from €1M to €5M in 3 years).
