Book Cover - Soldiers from the sign of the cursed swastika

Swastika is associated badly, arouses fear and controversy. It is difficult to shake off the depressing aura of this symbol. Emotions are connected above all with Nazi Germany, World War II and the greatest crimes of humanity committed in the 20th century. However, this is not the subject of the author's interests. He proves that the sign was only unceremoniously appropriated by the Nazis, and its history is much longer and richer. Hardly anyone today knows that the swastika's nature was filled with humanism and positive emotions in the past. In the oldest cultures and religions, and on all continents for many centuries, it was also a sign that was great, bringing God closer, personifying happiness, proclaiming prosperity and health, protecting against evil spirits. Focusing on these aspects, the author reviewed swastikas in various cultures and armies of the world.
