Sometimes people have things that not use, sometimes people want to donate things, but they don't know who need these things, maybe exist ONG that need clothe but you never know this, my solution is a platform when you can find ONG and see what them needs and with this help them, you can donate things that they need like food, water, clothe,etc and the ONGs can publish their needs.
