One of Trek's pillars is best in class customer service. A part of this mission is building tools for customers to further understand and work on their bikes. In mountain biking, suspension setup is one of the most important pieces to the puzzle of having fun on your bike.

We set out to develop a tool that could load quickly, no matter where you are, and provide all of the info needed to have a great ride on your bike.
