Dream.In.Code Forum Re-imagined

I recently joined a large developer forum called Dream.In.Code and was turned off at the dated and cluttered layout, so I took this as an opportunity to re-design for the modern age, even if it never became a reality.

I wanted to keep a familiar feel, but still feel fresh. The information architecture has been completely re-worked as some pages on the existing site are very inactive or taken offline completely.
