Zipcar damage reporting

After many rounds of internal research and user testing, the handoff proto for Zipcar's reporting process. One big feature request: uploading multiple photos! Check it out @2x.

With the way the API calls are organized, I decided to first ask to make sure the driver was safe, then asking them to fill in information. If there is an error in submitting, the data is not lost on the user's end. Each image on the Help! screen leads to a flow adjusted per user case. For example, accident will take a user directly to call a Zipcar representative. The new UI is also coupled with improved back house IA. 💪
