Responsive SVG

Thought this was a kinda interesting problem:
For smaller devices I wanted a paragraph title to shift and be perfectly aligned with a large icon in the associated graphic. The image will scale, so alignment and proportions with some overlaid html heading would be kinda hard.

Solution:
I also added the title to the SVG image. It's hidden when the width is above a breakpoint and displayed when below, and because it's part of the image it scales with the image keeping perfect alignment and proportion. The corresponding html heading is hidden at the same breakpoint.
