Charlottesville Chalkfest

For the last few weeks, a few team members at @WillowTree, lead by Margo Bulka, has been working with Charlottesville, local business, starting as a small video-showing and beer-launching party at Three Notch'd Brewing Co., and expanded into an all day city-wide event called Chalkfest thanks to the support of the Paramount Theater, CHO airport, the tourism board, and many local businesses.

Chalkfest is built from the belief that a community is stronger when we know our neighbors. The festival is to bring our people together to begin its healing process from the tragedy in August 2017, and to remind our people that our city is more than the tragedy, and more than what's on the news.

Above is an illustration that I've spent the last week putting together that will go on the event's T-shirts and posters.
