«Eleca» — Music studio logo

Not so long ago, my first music teacher come to me with the question could I make her a logo for her new studio «Eleca»? I said «Hell yea!» and start work on a symbol. It needs to be something connected with music, but not so simple, because methods, my teacher uses in her process are very intellectual and, could I say, academic.

Although it needs to work good in every size and every context, so my hand lettering I thought first not fit. So I came with this simple and at the same time nice logo, combine «e» letter and bass key. What do you think? ;)
