Earlier, we do projects estimation for our clients in excel. After the calculations, we draw the pdf and share this with the client. It was not convenient and took enough time.

Then we think: “How we can simplify this process?”, and there was the idea of a simple instrument for project calculations. And we want to share this tool with the world, to help other companies like us.

Now estimation flow is: 👍 Enter the employees with their rates and price for the client; 👍 Enter the tasks name and estimated hours; 👍 Assign the employee to tasks; 👍 Enter the fees, for example, VAT and bank transfer fees;👍 The system automatically calculates: total hours, the price for a client, revenue, fees, team size; 👍 Generate PDFs for client and detailed PDF for company.
