Said the wise philosopher; Hippocrates of Kos.

Some months ago, I met a physician. I'll call him Dr. C.
He had a bust of an ancient Greek figure on his desk, which reminded me of Seneca; a Stoic philosopher. Anyhow, I asked the Dr about the sculpture. He said it's Hippocrates, the founding father of Medicine.
I surprisingly asked "Isn't Avicenna the father of medicine?", he said "Yes, well, Hippocrates is the Godfather of Medicine. and as part of graduation from medical school, we take an oath to Hippocrates, which is known as Hippocratic Oath."

Now personally, in regards to his saying, I'd make an oath to Hippocrates' soul; to consume consciously and be in charge of my health. and let everything I eat and drink be my medicine.

I'm practicing how to craft my storytelling skills with a context behind it, and so far, I guess I'm doing pretty well.
