How can we serve students better?

MyCourses is a task management platform that allows RIT students to access course content, manage assignments, interact with peers & professors. It is currently bogged down with substandard user experience and unused features. There is a need to design a product that improves student-faculty engagement and encourages students to achieve their goals through a friendly and stress-free experience.
