Illustration for Make Good Project

Hello people!

Remember we posted a sketch of an illustration we created for the Dribbble x Ello Make Good campaign for global disaster relief? Here is the finished illustration ready for submission πŸ™‚ Here, at Zajno, we are happy to take part in this project to make this world a better place, at least a tiny bit.

The illustration is inspired by Fleischer Studios, notable for Betty Boop and Popeye the Sailor. Since it is designed in the 30s style, we used black and white color palette to follow the style. Probably, you've already guessed that I'm a fan of the style if you saw the stickers I created some time ago.

The illustration is related to the topic of natural disasters. Our goal was to show that only by uniting the human kind can overcome such natural disasters. To this end, I depicted a tornado as a metaphor of any kind of natural disasters and heavy machinery that symbolizes human willpower and ingenuity, which, when used wisely, can actually help the humanity.

Do you think our illustration conveys the right idea? Are you gonna participate in the Dribbble x Ello Make Good campaign for global disaster relief? We love hearing from you, so drop us a line πŸ™‚
