Customer e-Book - v1

I'm designing an eBook for a local heating/cooling company to help its clients know what to look for when hiring a contractor.

I'm planning to put the company's logo on the cover (middle screen), but would anything else be useful/interesting to include? I've added clips of some interior pages on the left/right of the shot to give an idea of the direction I'd like to go in (clear, friendly typeface + illustration).
