001 - Sign Up

A couple months ago, I signed up (no pun intended :-) for the Daily UI Challenge, but due to a bug, I didn't start getting the prompts until about 2 weeks ago - right as our team at work was getting ready to launch a handful of products... it was mayhem. I fell behind on the challenges as a result, so I'll be posting a handful at a time as I get caught up.

That said, I did this one together a few nights ago from my sofa. Something simple, to help get the ball rolling... and there may or may not have been a container of chicken wings next to me.
