MARTA Hackathon 2017

Participated in my first hackathon this past weekend. The problem we were trying to solve was "improving the rider experience". We had less than 24 hours to plan, research, and deliver a pitch. Our team's idea revolved around empowering the rider to easily report issues they experience at a MARTA station. The idea is that the data would then help drive workflows for other users (employees, leadership) while also empowering the rider by fostering a sense of ownership.
