Teachers Loan (Concept)

I had the opportunity to work on this project last week.

Prototype Available

Challenge
In the actual site, the experience to request a loan is quite painful for the users. The major part of the information is hidden and you have to interact with some elements to display it, sort of.

Pain-Point #1
The users must provide personal information to know if they are eligible for a loan or even know when how much it can be requested. Most users may see this intrusive.

Solution #1
It would be better if the users have the chance to play and customize the amount of the loan and the time desire to pay for it. This creates an engagement with the users and they will be comfortable to provide personal information.

Pain-Point 2
When the users provide their personal information it was on a plain contact form. If they wanted to see more information about each type of loan available, they had to interact an awful table crowded with information. This could lead to a lost of interest from the users.

Solution #2
After the users provide his personal information, he is redirected to a product page, where he could tune-up their loan request, select their working status and the institution where they're working. This interaction will display the information of the loan requirements, documents needed and the details of the loan that applies for them.
