Original contact form and footer for Portfolio

To find this idea, I had three goals :
- Show my approach to the user experience
- Make an original website who catch the visitors eye
- Have a good commitment rate on the contact form
To do that, I decided to design this form like a message interface.
What do you think about this concept ?
