Validation Poster

Validation is a method for respectful communication with older people who suffer from dementia or cognitive impairments.

The Validationorganisation in Austria wanted a poster to demonstrate what validation means, how it is done and where people can get the proper training to be a Validation trainer themselves. To illustrate those questions, I designed an icon set. The poster is going to be published in public institutions, so that people interested in the topic can get more informations.
