Extempore - Add Assessment Page

Solution for creating a class in Extempore. This screen shows the second step - adding assessments.

Information text is provided on the right hand side of the screen for better context.

Assessments are created within an accordion panel, which allows users to add multiple assessments at one time. I tried to make the form more "human" and readable. For instance, "The Assessment will begin [date] at [time]". This way, users are completing a sentence, as opposed to just selecting from a variety of dropdown menus.
