Senate and House

I'm currently working on an app for the South Carolina Legislature that needs some custom iconography. The tab bar icons for the Senate and House have definitely been the trickiest ones.

If you're not familiar with South Carolina's legislative seals, they're a real beauty—and they're also what I based these icons on.

I'm exploring a few variations right now. The middle two are illustrations of the legislative sword and mace, and the right two are representations of the upper and lower house.
