Optimising content with Baseline grid

Here's what I am currently working on in Photoshop...

I'm optimising the content in my RealEst Lease designs with the Baseline Grid from http://baselinecss.com/grid.html

I find that since I've started using a horizontal grid as well as a vertical that my content really has much more form to it.
