PS Design - Promo Project Detail

Each robot was sent out flat shipped in a metallic red bubble mailer. The pieces are held in place with tiny holding tabs that are left uncut to keep them in place for the recipient to pop out. One interesting development was the tacky edges caused by the melting of resins in the wood by the laser. This little quirk helps the figuring hold together without glue.
