The back is a combination of imagery that sort of organized itself from top to bottom:

The face formed by the part-symbols and the money was not intentional,

The fist full'o'matches is supposed to represent the presidents fist,

The gas can is obviously belonging to the judge and is laying on a judges robe,

The scales in the middle are set to equal as if the front cover scene never happened
