Compass-logo for a project

Design this logo of the project to help us make sure the right direction. But I'm not sure which color is better, so keep it balck&white now：）
I spent a lot of time to design Chinese fonts"compass", the spatial relationship of Chinese is quite complicated, I need more practice.
