Daily UI 003 - Landing Page

For the third day of the Daily UI Challange I've made up an app for managing service subscriptions. The app would ask you for confirmation whenever a payment day comes. This way you would never pay additional $4,99 for a service you stopped using and forgot about. I got inspired browsing my bank statement and finding two entries from websites that I haven't visited in months. What are your thoughts?
