Synergy for team photos

Sometimes my OCD can be useful!

When creating a team profile page it can helpful to build a sense of synergy among the team. For Lex Consultancy a part of the synergy is achieved through the editing of team photos. Making sure that everyone's eyes are looking from a similar position, plus the spacing between each brow and chin is the equal.
