Remote usability testing

Performing remote, unmoderated ability testing is a great way to gather data. It's good in a sense that you can gather quantitative data as well as qualitative by encouraging the participant answer "Why" for relevant questions. For this test, I created the test from scratch, created the screener, drafted the interview questions, posted a pilot and iterated the test, ran the test, collected and analyzed the data and shared the results with the team.
