Custom video theme for Teem / Eventboard - Busy

I had a blast designing this custom video theme for our new meeting room booking system by teem.com. This will be presented internally on an iPad hanging next to the entrance of each meeting room, where employees can see upcoming meetings, reserve the room, etc.

The video color changes with the availability of the room - so red for “busy” and green for “available” - but for this shot I had to settle for a small preview due to file size constraints on Dribbble. I did make a quick concept video, which anyone interested can see here:
