Disabled list element

If the current user does not have the authority to view the Trash, I display a disabled trash list entry instead of hiding it. Allows user to know that it exists, but that an Admin is required to manage it.

Any recommendations for making it clearer to the user what's going on? I played with using icons, but found that text is clearer.

Note that all data displayed is fake.
