5

Okay, this is the fifth day of hard learning Japanese, and last night I was rewarded. I had a dream. It was totally cool.

I landed in Tokyo, then went to some high building and saw five Toyota AE86's in one courtyard nearby. Hell yeah, I thought, and a second later I was drifting one of them through the streets and corners of Tokyo followed by all kinds of police. Then I saw my friend driving the same car next to me and we started a competition. Unfortunately I woke up and I don't know who won the race.

But what really matter is that I have never been to Tokyo and Japan at all. Moreover, I never saw legendary Toyota AE86 in real life. But my brain just simulated it in my dream. I want to believe that's the brain's way to say "thank you for learning Japanese, dude". The best is yet to come.

Tomorrow i'll tell you about different Japanese readings — on'yomi and kun'yomi. That's the biggest weird thing for me in Japanese.

Stay tuned.

Oh, i forgot to say. Karelian for "eighty sIx" is Káheksakýmmenkúuzi.
