Ok, so I've been MIA from Dribbble for far too long. Recently, I've felt that I haven't been doing any projects for myself and not to mention, illustrating. Call it a new years resolution or whatever, but I decided to put myself up to a challenge (inspired by a recent Half&Half Project). Take each day of the year, find a historical event that I find interesting, and illustrate it. I'm going for more of an iconography look, yet detailed. Forcing myself to get faster and faster.

Jan 1, 1892 - Ellis Island begins as an immigration gateway in the upper New York Bay, replacing Castle Garden Immigration Depot in lower Manhattan.
