Various form elements for selecting options

One of the "sins" of forms is forcing users to switch between keyboard/touch/mouse while filling out a form. However, I'm in a situation where some form fields have a small number of options and others have a large number. I'm playing with combining "segmented-controls" (the inline radio buttons) with standard radio buttons as well as a few selects for the lengthier options.

The user does not "have" to switch between keyboard/mouse, but I'm not sure if this is the cleanest or simplest way to present the data.

The reason I didn't want to make them all radios is because it starts to get really tall and makes the form look longer than it really is.
