Slider Concept

Working out a concept here. This will appear within a tab, and the goal is to avoid having to create a set of sub tabs (for one for primary and one for election) while leaving a small footprint.

Primary data will be recent (’12), but election data will be historical (the rest). I incorporated this into a date slider that also indicates the data type.
