WordPress Support System

About 18 months ago we built our own support system in WordPress. The system allows clients to open support tickets. We get tons of email everyday (most we didn't ask for), so having somewhere without all that noise made sense.

Since launching, the support system has been a huge success with our clients. It has also made us more productive by reducing email on a daily basis.

The screenshot shows our latest addition to the support system. A WordPress plugin that makes our support system available in the CMS of all our client's WordPress websites. So if a client has an issue within the CMS, they can log a ticket with us without even leaving the page.
