Mobile Double Navigation Menu Concept

I've been thinking about how to implement multilevel navigation in mobile UI. As you might know, the hamburger-menu has a lot of disadvantages in comparison to Tab Bar navigation. There is the concept of addition level of navigation for Tab Bar. Applying this approach u can use segmented controller as additional (3rd) level for navigation.
