Phatjoe Illustration

Currently working on an illustration to wrap around a coffee cup.
Since its going to be about 9cm in height max it can't be incredible detailed.
but, I've gotten to a creative block, anybody have any ideas on how I could progress with this, maybe in terms of colour and shading.
