Pull quotes

Working on a solution for pull quotes where editors can either (a) wrap a relevant bit of body copy in span tags to be pulled out and styled automatically without duplicating copy, or (b) add an aria-hidden element with a given class for custom pull quotes (e.g., when the punctuation needs to be adjusted or text edited).
